NC has reciprocity with 37 other states. When I fly to one of them I take my Glock with me. You have to tell the airline and have it packed in a locked case in your checked bag. It must be unloaded and the ammo packed in it's original packing, also in the checked bag. That's all that's required. I have done this a dozen times easy. Would that fly in NY? No. NY has some of the most restrictive gun laws on the planet. But if you do have a license to CC you can do it from there as well. Just nearly impossible to get the license in NY.

We were a cunt hair from being in position to draft Bosa. And then we took Quinnen over Allen. But who is really surprised by this? I expect nothing less. I don't think the guy's going to the slammer but WTF was he thinking. The guy is set for life financially, flying around the country having fun, can likely have his pick of women and probably doesn't have to buy a drink in any bar he walks into but has to be a knucklehead.

I heard he was going to meet with our new assistant coach, Barry Switzer.

At least he didn't shoot himself like Plaxico. He made a mistake and being a gun owner should know that he needs to know the rules of every state and especially of an airport. I am sure he will be able to plead down to something stupid.

Why was Aaron Hernandez going around murdering people? Not that Im comparing the two but becoming rich doesnt equate to gaining common sense. For the record I support his right to have a firearm and I understand a person like him can be a target so carrying is warranted. But you gotta know what youre doing. Im pretty sure the Jets and the league go over this type of stuff with the players.

Wait, the police said because he had a gun, and ammo, and the ammo isnt IN the gun, it still can be considered "loaded" under NY law?
WTF?

Lets face it, if you're going to play in NY/NJ, you have to be aware the laws are way different than your home state. Who was the player got caught years ago with a gun in his trunk heading to the stadium?

I wouldn't be surprised if he thought the laws in NY were the same as Alabama. I think teams mostly go over not blowing your money, telling them to be careful with the crowd they hang with, that they are a target for women and child support, etc.

Dont know all the details. The 19 is what I carry everywhere. Great weapon, easy to conceal and has a high capacity magazine. Don't leave home with out it. Even in Church.
