Why not say "paid for Fire John Idzik.com" I don't want to e bunched in with those clowns The perception of the Jets is the responsibility of the Jets and directly proportional to the quality of the PRODUCT they put on the field. The perception of the fanbase is, from what I can see, one of utter frustration with the quality of that product to the extent they are willing to spend monies over and beyond what they put out for viewing said product. That perception is diminished when opposing Jets fans say things like other fans are "clowns", "fucking losers" or should be "slapped silly" for being dissatisfied and expressing it in a public way that will influence the owner who is, ironically, overly-motivated by public perception. Get it?

I bet if you polled ALL Jets fans, most would not approve of these billboards
So why lump all of us in with their billboard?

Honestly, I don't see the reason why anyone has a problem with them. It's not like they're executed in a classless way. I've "voiced" my dissatisfaction the past two years by not purchasing fan gear; apparently that's not enough. Again, this approach is one that speaks directly to the personality of Woody Johnson, overly media-obsessed.

You couldn't get this to post? no. For some reason when I copied and pasted it, the "http://" part was omitted, EVERY FUCKING TIME!!!!
I don't know how you were able to do it but Kudos to you. The sentiment remains the same, though : TOO MUCH TIME and MONEY(to Burn) ON SOMEONE'S HANDS.

In this Thanksgiving season there are many less fortunate who could have had a nice dinner with the cost of this pointless self serving exercise.
What if Woody doesn't sell or fire the GM? What.

In this Thanksgiving season there are many less fortunate who could have had a nice dinner with the cost of this pointless self serving exercise. What if Woody doesn't sell or fire the GM? What. Then how much of a problem do you have with all of the advertising spent on politicians. I bet you even go and vote for one of em. Or how about the billions spent on commercials?! How many permanent houses could be bought and paid for completely for the less fortunate in one Super Bowl, or even one weekend of NFL games ad $$$?! You could cut homeless population in half alone with the advertising money for one Sunday's worth of NFL ads. What ya got to say about THAT?!! That's like people crying about $200 a month food stamps while politicians are getting lifetime salaries well in excess of $200 per HOUR! But that's ok. Daddy was a CEO. The billboards are just fine. IMO there aren't enough billboards and advertising for the little people.

Start going down that rabbit hole and you'll go mad. Just think how many sick kids could be prevented/fixed if we'd just pay a bit more for food without gluten or vaccines without preservatives. Can't be selectively humanistic, man.
