If this is true Idzik should go now...I give Rex huge props for the way he has conducted himself knowing this shit, especially with Idzik sabotaging him roster and otherwise this season. There is no way Idzik can stay now, sneaky little shit. if this is true rex is a better man then me..

I don't know about this article. First off. I don't think Idzik would open his mouth to tip his hat on firing Rex, it is just not his way. Second, I don't think he held the cap money to fuk over Rex, I truly think he was holding to go into 2015 with a bank role to make some moves and re-sign needed players. Too add, if you don't field a good team and Woody is not a part of the plan, which he would not be because if Idzik truly wants Rex gone and he is still here, it would be because of Woody, this whole debacle looks worse on Idzik then it does Rex. This article has so many holes in it that just don't add up and are not the attitudes we have seen the last few years. I think right now if you put Rex and Idzik in a room and let them both plead their cases, I think Idzik is handed his walking papers first.
While I do not like how Tanny approached things, Idzik has filled miserably, I can't believe I am saying this because I have supported Idzik's plans from the get go. Idzik did not address the QB issue except to bring in Vic as a back up to a QB they clearly knew was hit or miss. If you bring in a QB to back up an extremely questionable QB, what does that say for your back-up. Idzik has not addressed the receiving core in a proper manor, the CB position has gone back words and is horrendous, and this is just a touch of what is going on.
I am convinced we are destined for failure and this team will never win.

This was no secret that Idzik wanted his own guy. And there is no props to Rex for acting as a professional. He was given an extension as a golden parachute and knew the writing was on the wall. Was was he going to do, blast Idsik behind the scenes, what will that do for his future employment opportunities. I don't think that Idsik sabotaged the roster but it is plain to see that he did not do all he could for Rex to succeed. Some posters took this to far and believed that he may have even messed up last years draft on purpose, but no way in hell would he ever sabotage himself just to make Rex easier to discard.

^ Whether that's true or not, it certainly makes things *conveniently* easier for Idzik to CAN Rex, doesn't it? Things that make you go i.imgur.com/t338GQ8.png....

All I'm saying is that I believe Idzik may have subtly ON PURPOSE made things "difficult" for Rex so that he can finally have the excuse to give Woody Johnson to get rid of him.

Any articles that indicate "sources say" or "sources told the post" I crumple up and use as toilet paper. My opinion I think Idzik miscalculated this team for being a contender and therefore did not make any high profile FA pick ups. As far as the draft is concerned, my perception is that everyone should be sharing the blame. That being said Rex should be out after 6 years and Idzik should be on the hot seat. I am of the opinion if he goes he goes. Although a part of me says that he should be given one more chance to right the ship. Whatever the case, Woody needs to make a decision very soon.
