I read up on this. That's a lot of miles to cover in 1.5 months tho. A little over 10m a day. Is this a relatively moderate trail? Most days are 2000m up and 2000m down No one here has any idea what this means.

Tomorrow I will embark on a 500m, one and a half month walk along the GR11 Route coast to coast in Spain. If anyone is interested I have a blog here starting from tomorrow. Follow the Happy MarmotAwesome! Good luck. Nice attire.

How are you even getting a mobile signal? And how much booze are you toting with you.

You should have knocked the Limey out and porked the Swedish bimbo.

How are you even getting a mobile signal? And how much booze are you toting with you. I get signal when I hit somewhere with WiFi or if I'm close to a ski station I get good coverage. Also being a few miles from the border there seems to be good options on network provoder. As for booze I'm currently working on a bottle of local cider and I've already had a few glasses of wine. Havnt been close to whiskey for a few days it seems to slow me down in the morning. Sleeping under the stars with three girls from Pamplona tonight. Maybe I get lucky!

I read another man's journey before... states a lot of what you are talking about with the weather, poor route tracking, etc... sounds like no journey worth taking goes without hardship.
