Wanted him fired after 2012 season. Nothing has made me change my minds Should be a no brainier. Since it is such a no brainer, who do you have replacing Rex? You had better have something better before you just fire one of the elite defensive coaches in the game. oh for fuck sakes...this cat hasn't taken the Jets to the playoffs in 4 years....now he has his worst record since coming here and yet you want him retained? I'd rather have Hitman Harry coaching this team than Wrex at this point.

questionable draft picks. don't quit your day job to become a detective, sherlock Don't need to be a detective to know rex has been here through it all and it's mostly been bad, at least lately. Maybe we should give him a shot at a 5th straight losing year and completely ignoring the offense. That should go over well. you picked 1 surface detail to zero in on as the cause. you were wrong. Izadik is the really guilty one in all this. Coaches are at the mercy of GMs for the most part and with few exceptions.

Frank Reynolds, how do you think Belidick would have done with the Jets this year?

A lot has contributed to this mess we're in. I still think rex is doing more harm than help at this point if we give him another year. It's time to hit the reset button on the entire coaching staff and the gm.

Frank Reynolds, how do you think Homeless Hoodie would have done with the Jets this year? Probably about the same as he did with the browns. Probably better than Rex did, but far from a playoff team. He's a much better in game coach and it's not even close.

Jets win 2 out of last 3 with the only loss a 17-16 defeat against the AFC's #1 seed in a game that Folk missed a potential game-winning FG. Thing that REALLY pissed me off was Rex didn't show any fucking balls whatsoever in that game. Today we go for it on 4th, fake punt, all this shit gotta be kidding me. No balls the rest of the year tho. That's fuckin bullshit. If that's your TM than fucking DO IT don't fucking wait til you're hanging on the cliff by your fucking pinkie.

He's a much better in game coach and it's not even close. What major in-game/personnel decisions would he have made that Rex didn't? Would BB have benched Geno and started Vick after the first half of the season? Would BB had somehow turned the secondary from a pile of shit into league-average?

Honestly if you ask any NFL exec or GM in the league, they will tell you almost unanimously that Rex is a good coach and far from the worst problem with the Jets. If Woody lets Rex go, he will have a HC job within a week. Have fun watching Rex lead a stacked SF or Atlanta team to the Super Bowl next year. LOL A ton of people were saying the same shit about Lovie Smith and Tampa. How's that working out?

One thing is for sure with HH at the helm, Brady's days would be numbered. I can see him telling the defense, take the mofo's knees out or else your ass is cut. They don't call him the Hitman for nothing!

You really want to run through season after season and game after game of what Belidick would do that rex didn't when it comes to in game decisions? For one, we probably wouldn't have had to waste so many time outs because of 12 men on the field every single game. That would probably be a good start. I don't think he would have made us a playoff team or anything close. I said that before. He cares about offense, something rex has neglected for a long time. He is a better coach than Rex is. There's really no arguing that. I don't know what else you want me to say.
