"Disappointed with today’s decision on the Paris Agreement. Climate change is real. Industry must now lead and not depend on government" Jeff Immelt As I said above, Trump is making himself less relevant (and the US) by these moves. Immelt probably had tons of money invested in whatever scam he could have pulled off with this latest tax on the American people. Take a look at how GE operates. They get TONS of money from the government.

You know what the beautiful thing is. All these states and cities that claim they will live up to the accord (I assume they mean the emissions standards part and not the sending billions to other countries part) is a perfect example of how we dont need big government interfering. We dont need unenforceable globalist treaties. States will pass laws/regulations and businesses will choose to adapt or leave. My guess is more business will leave Cali and NY but I am all for states rights and letting them be the laboratories for better or worse. If you actually read the accord you would realize that it is basically a redistribution of wealth. Its a tax on developed nations. The US puts very high standards on itself and pledges billions to developing countries in hopes that they live up to their end of the bargain. Its a terrible deal. But if the EU wants to be the leaders in this then I am all for it. The US has had a rough ride this millennium. We need to fix some stuff back home. Let them be the world's nanny on this one. If people really wanted to do something about greenhouse gas emissions they would promote domestic policy that brings manufacturing back to countries like the US that actually have EPA standards. The cargo ships we use to bring goods back from the sweat shops in Asia emit more pollution than almost all the cars on earth. Sauce: www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-1229857/How-16-ships-create-pollution-cars-world.html And that doesn't even take into account the pollution created by the factories themselves.

That is basic hyperbole and last time I checked we elect the president of the US, not a city and just because 110% of certain districts in Pittsburgh were dumb enough to vote for Hillary it doesn't mean he is any less the president of the people that live there. The press fact checking jokes and statements expecting them to be literal is moronic. It's alliteration and simile but is true as the day is long. Trump won PA and the electoral vote. Again:

Trump sending in federal agencies to clean up Chicago

When that border wall funding comes in this fall, FF2 might just keel over. He's just so used to losing. Poor fella.
