So the discussion in the other thread made me starting wondering about who all of the various draftniks around here are dead set against at 6.
I will preface this by saying I'm not much for instant negativity without letting things play out.
However, if the Jets take OJ Howard at #6, I'm gonna be bummed. I don't think he's as good as most think, I don't think any TE is worth #6, and if we are rebuilding and take one at 6 when quite possibly a NFL starter for multiple years could be had 3-4 rounds later, I'll be pretty disappointed.

Sorry, but aside from this post, in which I do not mention any prospect by name, I am sitting this thread out this year. Just not going there.

Basically any player on defense is going to be anticlimatic for me. Particularly Lattimore will be met with an eye roll. I'm just tired of investing sooooo much in the secondary and dline. Even last year we spend top draft dollar on a tweener LB and saw questionable returns.
Trubisky however, will be met harsh prejudice. Not only cause i think he's another Sanchez, but also because it means we'll balk on TRUE prospects next year. FUCK ME

For starters, I hate that you even started this post. I don't really hate any of the prospects being mocked to us. That being said (fuck me) .....
1. Jonathan Allen - One of the few blue chippers in this draft, however, I do not want another DT.
2. Lattimore - too many injury concerns and only 1 season of productivity
3. Hooker - I think he is a little soft and I question his love for the game
4. Thomas - Very good player, but I think he is a bit of a tweener for the NFL.

I'm beginning to lose my mind with various mocks, and others having us taking Trabitsky. My clients ... "hey, I hear your Jets are taking the Carolina kid" FUCKKK shut the fuck up already! We are NOT taking a QB! Career suicide for Big Mac! Build this shit with players, not another QB. Especially one with limited playing time, and a slightly above average arm, with no proof he's better than what we have, with a stacked QB class next year, and the FACT THAT WE NEED PLAYERS. PLAYERS TO SUPPORT WHATEVER QB PLAYS. FUCK.

I feel bad that there are some players off my list solely do to our head coach. Solomon Thomas is one of them. I have ZERO faith that Bowles would know what to do with him.
