Hate to say it but as a Jets fan I kind of feel responsible. He was never the same after getting hit in the eye. One of the many reasons this franchise is cursed.

Cancer stinks, I know the feeling all too well.
May he rest in peace, and my condolences to his family.

I feel bad for his daughters....but they were lucky to have him as a Dad... That's one of the first things I thought about. They will be devastated. I know what it's like to lose a parent to cancer at a young age. No walk in the park I'll tell you that right now...

Man, I feel awful for his family and friends. Guy seemed calm, level-headed, and very smart. One of the best anchors there was. RIP.

Rest in Peace, Stuart, way too young to go My dad died when he was only 49 and I was 11, and it is devastating as a child. I cherish what few memories I have of my dad, but something like that changes you. At least, there is grief counseling and other support, but it's still an awful tragedy for them. My thoughts go out to Stuart's family. Oh, and cancer sucks!
