In all fairness, they put up what should have been 35 or more points against the best defense they faced all year and the second best defense in the league. And the team came to play, unforced errors aside.
Bowles is no genius but the team falls down on talent more often than on bad gameplanning. And Morton, I like.

You say “collapse” like it’s a bad thing.

The team is ready to play. Why is anyone surprised that more talented teams comeback in the end to win these games. Seriously, right now I believe Bowles is already the 4th best HC in the history if this team behind Ewbank, Parcells, and Michaels. I honestly believe that he will end up as the best coach in the history of this team.

It's amazing how great a coach he became once he figured out how to change the rules to cater to his pussy ass QB, cheat and continue to cheat, and bribe the refs, and pay his guys under the table. Extrordinary. He is like a butterfly that hatched out of a maggots asshole.

I really can't wait for Brady to retire because even long time "true" Pat fans have forgotten that their team was a perpetual also ran before Brady, and you can count on them returning to baseline when he's done.

This team is light years better than last year's team, anyone who can't see that just isn't paying attention. Firing Bowles this offseason would be a huge mistake.

I've whined about Bowles as much as anyone but can't knock him too much this season. He's done more with less talent than most would have been able to. Expecting better results than what was seen on the field this season is unrealistic. The team is relatively young but with too many holes and not enough depth. Just the way it has to be for a season based on the shape we were in. Good cap situation, roster moving in the right direction...future should be promising. Makes zero sense to launch the guy at this point. Now..if he goes out next season and blows then run him out on a rail.
