This is huge heading into 2018.
If they get tax reform done and announce construction on the Wall within the next 6 months, things are setting up beautifully for the mid-terms and beyond.

Most likely the case in the lower court will die bc they now know it will ultimately be upheld 7-2. Senile RBG and Sotomayor the dissenters. Interesting bc the two of them along with Kennedy are the ones Trump will likely be replacing eventually.
Frankly, it should be 9-0. The law is written in about as plain English as there is.
9th Circuit should be banned from ruling on any Trump decisions. They have proven themselves to be political hacks. Unfortunately there are about 600 other federal judges in the United States for the leftist cabal to shop for in efforts to stall his agenda.
