Like I said, I've seen it first hand numerous times. As with all things, as prevalence goes up, you begin to see outliers. Not everyone reacts the same way to medications, so why would this be any different?
First time I came across it, parent brought their late teen kid in, admitted to knowing the child partook of the weed regularly during the assessment. I had already heard of the phenomenon, so I asked if he felt better when showering or sitting in the tub. The kid's eyes went wide and he started crying like a baby, thanking me. Doc had heard of it, but admitted he wouldn't have thought to ask.
It's real. Anytime you have a group of people screaming something isn't possible, especially medically, follow the money.

Appreciate the response but your story is more than likely coming from a teen that smoked some bathtub gin like type of herb, maybe laced, or smoked way too much wax. I know of thousands of people that smoke or consume cannabis because of the nature of my business, whether it be THC products or strictly CBD's and have never heard of one true experience dealing with this. What I see is a plant that is so beneficial to the well being of some US citizens that our government restricts it because of our broken system that is a pay for play.

================================================== Interesting, so does this phenom go away when the THC wears off? Honestly don't know. As RobR points out, there can be different variations, so pharmacokinetics can be altered too I guess. Like I said, I've seen it first hand numerous times. As with all things, as prevalence goes up, you begin to see outliers. Not everyone reacts the same way to medications, so why would this be any different? What I see is a plant that is so beneficial to the well being of some US citizens that our government restricts it because of our broken system that is a pay for play. As I stated above, I'm sure there can be different strains(?) that can cause differing responses. I've seen the same thing with edibles. People I know react differently to different batches; we're all individuals when it comes to how we metabolize drugs/medications. There's a mean then there are outliers. This is no different. And that was just one story I shared. Believe me, I've seen others, and I like to think my assessment skills, along with BS detector, are well-above average given all my life experience. As for what you say about the business/law side of it, I don't disagree. Remember, I'm a father to two DD kids, one with seizures, one with severe anxiety secondary to their diagnosis, both of whom would benefit greatly from a THC/CBD product. So I don't disagree with what you said, but as I stated earlier, always follow the money.

I don't sell THC products but I do distribute CBD's and accessories so most of my day is spent in and out of dispensaries since they make up our largest clientele base.

What is the best whole plant CBD product on the market for medicinal purposes? We carry a line of products from Budder Pros that is made from whole hemp grown in Colorado and it is 99.98% pure CBD crystalline. From there it is infused into products like gummies, candies, syrups, terped crystalline, vapes, and my favorite product, cannasalve. The salve comes in a roll on and I have never met someone who used the product that says it doesn't work including myself.
