I have never heard or listened to a podcast. Donโt know how to โdown loadโ them. Canโt I get them on 8 track? _ Dude. Do I go around showing pics of me in a shark-tank or my hands over a hand-hewn Italian dish...No. No I dont. Not knowing anything about Podcabs is my move. Your boss would be a woman so I guess reverse me too. #toome You can go to: www.compoundmedia.com/That's Cumia podcast (Anthony Cumia formerly from Opie and Anthony) I like Bill Burr's too I only started listening to them because my boyfriend is a big fan. Also both forums are polar opposites, and I like diversity. And finally, I don't PM ppl lol Thought Anthony was dead, he seemed to be spiraling into some sort of self-destructive hole last I heard of him. He was def. my fave over that talent-less tool Opie. Heโs still pretty good at telling a story. He had other podcasts he sponsors there too.

I grew up making these in my grandmothers kitchen. You do not ever put mustard on them or use them as a ravioli. Fried in a pan. sour creme, maybe saute some onions. But never mustard or sauce. never.

I remember my mom and my grandmother, every few months would get out the red and white checked table cloth, lay it out on the kitchen table and roll out what looked like 500 pierogis but was probably closer to 200. Fried in butter with sautรฉed onions was my momโs and my sistersโ favorite. My Grandma always did the big scoop of sour cream. Me and my brothers liked them boiled, weโd bite off one end and pour melted butter in them and eat them. Fucking mustard?!? Ketchup??!!?? Hahahahahahaaaa. _

As the young guy in the equation it was my job to pinch them closed. No arthritis at 12. I agree that it looked like 500. I grew up learning how to cook at the end of her apron. I have many of her recipes, not this one though, written in her own hand. I went so far as to laminate the her hand written cheese cake recipe so I can ensure it survives to the next generation. What I would give for one more Sunday working with her in the kitchen.

My mom, being Austrian only knew German and polish type stuff but my father's mother came to the US from Italy in 1906. Taught my mom all my mom ever knew about Italian cooking which was basically everything. But that grandma passed when I was only 10 so I never got to learn from her (not that I could have because she didnโt speak English) but my mom taught me all of it. Yeah, I have a bunch of my Momโs recipes written in her own hand. Bitter sweet. _
