Really hope you're right here. That would be ideal for us. Just have to hope the Giants love Barkley as much as everyone thinks they do. At this point, it's Darnold, Rosen, or bust. It better be Rosen. I want no part of Darnold. USC QBs are shit. If Rosen were to go 1 to the browns and you had your choice of Darnold, Mayfield, or Allen, which one are you taking? I want Darnold over the other three regardless of where he went to school.

Born & raised in Cali with a rich family? Sounds Manning-ish to me. Lol Of course if the Browns know the Jets want Rosen that bad, they can draft him to hold him hostage for trade bait. Risky on their part & a major reason why people don't know if this trade is for Rosen, Baker or anybody else (I'd take Barkley over Allen tbh. Lol. I want no parts. Elway can have him)

I’m not smart enough to know which QB will turn out to be the best franchise QB in this years draft, I’ll leave that up to the ....experts? The main thing for me is the Jets are finally in a position to take control of the future by selecting the guy they think will lead us to the promised land. Please please please don’t fuck this up Macc.

I can't imagine Mayfield is the guy Mac had in mind when trading up. Like Untouchable said, he's small, and from a gimmicky offense. To me, Rudolph has more upside, from the same conference.

Baker Mayfield is the #1 QB on a lot of "draft gurus" boards this year. FWIW. If he was 3 inches taller & not the character that he is, he's be a lock for #1. Hell, if he wasn't the character he was....people would be calling him the next Drew Brees.

A 4 incher probably isn't going to cut it But agreed about mayfield. Pass.

But trade three 2nd rounders to get him? fuck no.
