Bad idea... Opposite of where team seems to be headed... gives off a horrible locker room vibe.. I always a little puzzled when teams allow their locker rooms to be corrupted by a few a-holes. I realize these are young men with lots of money who for the most part come from major college programs and all walks of life. I'm just saying with this type of monetary investment by a team they need control over the locker room. Whether it be coaching staff, former players assigned as monitors or watchers I'd do it and stop any crazy stuff as soon as it starts up. I'd bet that Belicheat has his locker room full of snitches and the players walk on egg shells.

Dalvin cook last year and signed Watkins this year. The jets, with their new rook QB, would be in good shape then. Instead, they are in offensive trouble again. Still no playmakers on O. Stupid Macc.

I like the fact that we got aggressive and moved into position to take one of the top guys without giving up next year's 1. I just wish I had more confidence that Macc would pick the right guy, and that Bowles and his staff will be able to develop the guy.

Glad Johnson put a stop to this dumb decision by Mac the guy is 31 year old lock room cancer who is on decline. All this guy would do is come in and corrupt the whole team. Bowles was behind this too he has a thing for Suh but Mac is the bigger idiot for not saying no.

I just wish I had more confidence that Macc would pick the right guy, and that Bowles and his staff will be able to develop the guy. This in a nutshell. Mac already has a piss poor track record and by evaluating the moves he has made it's apparent that he has no plan. He was supposed to be this super scout that can build through the draft which we all know is the only successful way to build a team and his drafts suck balls. It's the whole reason we have a bazillion dollars in free agency yet again. Do you know what teams don't have massive amounts of cap space every couple of years?....it's the teams that draft good and have too pay for their great decisions(not directed at you). I won't even get into his free agent record. Then we have Bowles who can't even control a locker room and they have to jettison every player he doesn't mesh with......year after fucking year. We are close or maybe leading the league in arrests with all of these choir boys. I'll leave out his in game coaching and personnel decisions for another discussion. I've never hated being a Jets as much as with these two clowns running the show. If they were fired after the season at least I would have had a glimmer of hope.....now nothing.

“On reflection and in concert with [general manager] Mike [Maccagnan], we’ve rescinded the offer to Suh,” Johnson said Sunday. “It just didn’t seem to be in keeping with our long-term plan.”
