Long Island might be the most infuriating little stretch of land I've ever been on.
FUCK LI and FUCK EVERYTHING ABOUT THOSE ROADS AND TRAFFIC.
Never going to Jones Beach again and LOVIN it.

Left LI soon after college back in '96, never looked back, other than to fight the godawful traffic to visit my mom, and the occasional Islander game. When she moved out a few years ago, it was like a choir of angels descended, realizing I wouldn't have to trek there on a regular basis.
