I would go but I have an awful record when we play NFC teams... Pick a game. I'll fly in to make it. Preferably late November

I'm thinking about watching the game at Rutt's Hut ... for a few rippers and a six of bud ... and onion rings ... and maybe some chili ... and a few more rippers.

I would go but I have an awful record when we play NFC teams... Dude, you are bailing out of a game you never intended to go to. Bravo.

I would go but I have an awful record when we play NFC teams... Yeah because we usually dominate AFC teams.

okay ... I've made up my min, and here it is. Jets are not going to take this game. Las Vegas odds pros made the Vikes 3 point favorites. I take this as meaning that they feel Jets will lose by at least six. With all the injuries, and the defense's 2nd half showing in the past few games, it could be much more than one score. And Sam is still a rookie, still learning and prone to mistakes. And Vikes head coach knows NYJ very well. So for the Jets to win or even keep the game really, really close would be a very big plus. So with all that said, the Jets are outmatched, but it could be an interesting game. But I'm not looking for losses that are interesting and have pluses. So it isn't a Budweiser six game ... we're talking heavy duty shots of tequila on Sunday, and a shot of Joe Beningo on Monday morning. After we go to 3 and 4, maybe we can take two or three in a row.

I'll be watching and can't help but feel this is a defining game for the Jets. I'm talking the type of game which will decide how the team will play the rest of the year. The side story to the game is evaluating the consistency and improving game play of Darnold at QB.

I feel like Vegas is begging for people to take the Vikes, -3 seems absurdly low for all the reasons you just laid out. Something is fishy.

They’re all fixed, someone forgot to tell the offense to take a dive last week. Luck tried his hardest and our defense was on board but silly Sam the rookie didn’t understand. Hope he don’t get whacked this weekend. Gambino told the NFL 50 years ago, I no want dem fucking Jets anywhere near a Super Bowl for 50 years. Dem somunvabitches costa me and da udda families millions of dollars wid every body taka da points. Fuck dem and dat mezza finook long haired girl dat a play da quadaback for those green a wearing Irash fucks

I think it's only three because the Vikings so far have been a bad point spread team. Their defense does give up points ... but they still win ... but not against the odds. Look at last week. Even Arizona had success throwing down field against them ... but they won the game. Vikes are a good team ... not great. Jets will need a big upset to win this thing, which means ... some lucky breaks, horse-shit ref calls against the Vikes and non-calls against NYJ defense ... and of course, great Sam and run game. It's not going to happen though ... so go with the heavy booze and Joe Beningo on Monday morning.
