I've been a fan of this team since 1969 (yea, I'm that old) - I've always held out some type of hope for this team all throughout those years of fandom.
I've never been this down on this franchise as I am today.
There really is absolutely no hope for this team to ever win a championship.
You young'uns abandon ship now. No one would blame you.
