My BF lives in Wading River it only took him an extra hour to get home. But I heard people that took the cross bronx were there like 8 hours

Drove home from a job site in RI. Last 10 miles of the trip went from fine to a sheet of ice in a mile. Last 9 took 45 minutes to drive. Complete with assholes spinning out up a hill.

To me that state couldn't fully prepare for something it never really encounters. Therefore, causing such chaos. But NJ & NY do. I've driven through blizzards from NJ-NY and it has never taken anywhere close to 4 hours. Yesterday, on a 40 mins route it took me 6 hours... That's ridiculous.

A guy I work with had to drive from RI to New Jersey. Had to stop and get a hotel outside of New Haven. Roads were shit.

Carl Banks (On the FAN) said it took him 6 hours to get home from Metlife yesterday, 10 miles. I only had to go local in Nassau and Sunrise Hwy was a parking lot. Looks like multiple municipalities across the tri-state area rolled the dice that this storm was nothing and by the time they realized they fucked up it was too late.

Only took me about 35 minutes total. About a 40 mile ride from Raleigh to my place. Rained a little early but then stopped. About 55-60 degrees. Escape that fucking dump.

I left midtown at 5:30
Got home at 10:30 after walking over the gwb and walking halfway to teaneck before I finally got a bus.
Spent the majority of today yelling at Toothface Murphy on Twitter.
I gotta get the fuck outta nyc/nj. There is zero reason to live here outside of superior food.
