According to Tankathon we are currently slated for #5, but according to ESPN we are most likely to land #4. The big teams to watch are the Giants, Broncos, Lions, 49ers, and Cardinals. Lions and Broncos are big because they have the tiebreaker. Raiders are likely to hold on to #1. Giants could beat the Bucs today and bump us up one spot. Cards/Niners, one is guaranteed to overtake us soon since they play each other. Cards/Raiders today is huge. On one hand, we want Raiders to win to make it more possible to get #1 pick. On the other hand, Cardinals should win in order to bump us up to maybe #3 by next week.
Go Lions (they own tiebreaker) Go Broncos (they own tiebreaker) Go Raiders Go Giants Go Cardinals Go Niners Go Bills (we own tiebreaker) Go Browns (we own tiebreaker) Go Jags (we own tiebreaker)

Who cares? We need a lot of picks, not high picks necessarily The higher the pick, the better the trade for it. But again, we will that screw up with a meaningless win(s).

Lions and Giants wins were huge. Bumps us up 1 spot at least. Bucs still tied with us but have much stronger SOS we so have top spot, plus they will def win a game while we def wont. Either result of AZ/OAK today is good for us so go TIE!
if cards win, we move to easy #3. if raiders win, we remain at #4 but suddenly #1 appears possible. not sure which to prefer.
we need a broncos win! jags disappoint us by losing but we should be safely ahead of them no matter what.
next week: niners gotta beat bucs

Just cant see any wins for NYJ the rest of the year. Maybe Buffalo, but after that ass whippin they put on the jets I just dont see another win for Bowles.

The dog ass Jets may get the second or first pick in the draft. But what difference does it really make. The fucking idiot GM will make a fucking idiot selection ... count on it.

The dog ass Jets need players at every single position except ... maybe ... QB and safety ... maybe. But they really need a GM and HC. And I'm beginning to think that Sam will be a fuck up also ... after all, he's a Jet.

Jets are guaranteed to win any tiebreaker for draft picks. SOS is the first tiebreaker, and among every team in the top 14 picks the Jets have by far the easiest SOS. If we end up tying with 3-4 other teams for the worst record in the league, we get #1 pick easily. Our SOS is 491... next lowest in top-14 is 494, and that's GB. www.tankathon.com/nfl

And this morning we are number four in the draft. Of the three teams ahead, only the 49ers look like they'll win one of their remaining games ... and we may win one also. So we're probably talking pick number four or five ... with no second round pick. So if we go according to the video tape, we'll get a decent first rounder, probably the best DE in the draft, and get failures in rounds three, four and five. So the big thing will be free agent signings ... where, according to idiot GM's past history, we get virtually nothing for millions of dollars. Following this team is very hard to do.
