SF, Detroit, and Oakland won today. What does that do for our draft position? Jets are drafting 5th now. www.tankathon.com/nflThese idiot Jets can't even get their losses right ... what a bunch of assholes. Well ... they will surely fuck up the draft ...

If the Jets would have lost today, they would have at least temporarily taken over the No. 1 draft position. We would have been in a four-way tie at 3-10, but our strength of schedule is currently the worst (although upcoming games against New England and Houston will ultimately bump up our strength of schedule).
If we would somehow end up with the No. 1 pick (which is pretty unlikely now), I would root for a QB prospect to emerge as a clear-cut No. 1 choice so that we could trade the pick for a boatload of picks. If no one like that emerges, then you probably keep the pick and take Nick Bosa. If we stay somewhere around No. 5, I'd probably lean toward drafting a left tackle because the best ones never get to free agency.

I never understood why none of these sites factor in the strength of schedule numbers for upcoming opponents. It’s a known quantity and would provide a more accurate picture.

This morning on Boomer & Gio, Gio said that by the end of this season there will only be ONE player left on the Jets drafted by the fucking idiot in rounds 2 through 4 ... is this possible? ... only ONE player still on the Jets from rounds two through four ... If this is true, and they keep the fucking idiot, they deserve all the bullshit in the world. End of season ... one player still with Jets from Maccagnan rounds two through four ... Did I hear this right?
