One thing is for sure : What Chief Justice Roberts stated IS, WAS, AND ALWAYS WILL BE BULLSHIT. The worst kept secret is that the 9th circuit is a rubber-stamp used to block ANYTHING from the POTUS's agenda, Period.

Hahaha. Cut the shit. An extraordinary group that is overturned at a nearly 80% clip on appeals. Go ask some lawyers who argue in federal courts if they know who appointed the judge(s) they are arguing before. They always know. There is a reason why the left runs to 9th Circuit judicial activists just like there is a reason the NFLPA runs to Minnesota to see Doty. And if they Dems thought judges were independent then why the hell did they fight Trump's appointments so fiercely? Pretty much dead on, especially the bolded part, trouble is, Trump is such an insufferable doosh about being correct so it's easy for the left and media to hand-wring circle-jerk about his style and deflect away from his message. Still aint Shrillary though, so we have that going for us..which is nice. |
