This is what Belidick had to say about Casserly "Who's been wrong more than Charley Casserly since he left the Redskins?" Belidick said. "His percentage is like a meteorologist. He has no relationship to this team. I'd say less than zero. Based on what? He's never at a practice, never at a game. At least he put his name on it (the report), which is more than a lot of guys. But, like he usually is, he was 100 percent wrong." Will the Johnsons ever learn? Maccagnan has got to go, otherwise we're talking about more years of bullshit ... Correct, the guys done nothing for years except be wrong, either on television or acting as a consultant. I hate to agree with that lying, cheating, mumbling sack of monkey shit Belicheat but he's spot on regarding Casserly.

Maybe they’ll have to sell the Jets in order to pay the settlements?

Heck, you or I would of made that call. I’m not saying the guy is dumb, it’s like Belicheat pointed out, he’s not engaged anymore or doing his homework. He’s living off his past and one could argue that he’s just collecting a paycheck for making guesses.

Well, that’s why the Jets need a top talent evaluator. There’s going to be will be some unsuccessful picks and these type of people aren’t a dime a dozen. They are unique and live, eat and sleep the NFL. They have s short shelve life because they either are lucky, burn out or sell out. I’d get s young tough minded guy who knows football snd is s SOB like Al Davis. To clarify, the young Al Davis who was instrumental in the merger, not the old crazy Al Davis who lost perspective. If the Jets find that guy, they’re good for a decade.

Someone I'd take a chance on is Kyle O'Brien, VP of Player Personnel for the Lions. We grew up together. Good dude who worked under scumbag Belicheat for a decade before moving to Jacksonville and then Detroit. I know him and he knows football.

Looks like the type of individual I was talking about in my post. He's been around the game since he was a kid. His father was the Jets and Giants orthopedist for a spell in the 80's/'90's. He probably has a few more years before he's GM ready, but we should be in line for him.

There is something we don't know here. While DeFlip may have been over hyped, getting fired three quarters of the way through a season is for incompetent boobs or coaches who are threatening the authority of a HC who suffers from subjective fears of insecurity. I don't think the players had a problem with DeFlip. Did they?

I don't support them and I will not watch the games or wear any of their ugly half ass garbage. Fuck the Jets because Fuck Johnson and Johnson. Stank ass baby powder and aluminum laced baking soda... Jets fans are dumb cows to these bastards. They are laughing at you all it sounds like you're assuming they're evil. it could be that they're just really fucking stupid and should NOT own a team (not that that makes our situation any better....) Stupid or probably clueless for listening to Casserly and hiring Maccagnan. But consider that NFL people sent them Casserly. And the book on Casserly is that he would recommend Maccagnan the fucking idiot. Way back when the GM search started, Brian Costello said ... "When Casserly’s name surfaced this week, one source told me to keep an eye on Maccagnan, a Casserly favorite.” Casserly gave Maccagnan his first job in the NFL as a scout for the Washington Redskins. When Casserly became the GM for the Houston Texans he brought Maccagnan with him, where the two were working together until Casserly’s departure in 2006. So we're talking favoritism and overlooking more qualified candidates. Casserly has continued to praise the work of Maccagnan despite the team’s terrible record under the fucking idiot's tenure, going as far as naming the Jets one of five most improved teams heading into the 2018 season and labeling Terrelle Pryor as a ‘steal’. Which places Casserly as a fucking idiot too ... well ... fucking idiots of a feather flock together ... and it all leaves a bad taste in the mouths of Jet fans. Maccagnan has spent his entire career in the NFL as a scout. When someone from that background is hired as a GM, the assumption is that they’re generally very good at scouting talent within the draft. But we all know the fucking idiot's draft record ... don't want to get into it again ... The whole story makes one hope Maccagnan is finally recognized for the fucking idiot he has performed as ... even if it takes another season to do so ... fuck Maccagnan the fucking idiot.
