I read a post from some guy fighting fires in CA. He said they can't dig trenches for fire breaks until the area is inspected first and they couldn't pull water from the nearest lake because it had an endangered species of fish. I feel bad gor the people there but holy fuck it's like they're asking fir it.
I dont understand why they haven't emptied the prisons and put those guys to clearing out all the dead brush und underneath the power lines.

Because there is probably an endangered spider in that brush. Seriously though it isn't like they are asking for it, THEY VOTED FOR IT. That is the problem with these "feel good" policies. No one stops to think what the actual results could be. All they care about is that they did something. |
