I have been a few times. Assume you’ll take the train to Sevilla and then Madrid. you owe it to yourself to stop in Toledo. Even if for a few hours. I went for 2 weeks in 2017 and plan on returning. LOVED Sevilla. Madrid is fine but it’s like visiting Manhattan. Very touristy. Learn the following... it will get you far. Los Yets son de mierda. |

Barcelona is one of my favorite cities in the world. There is a huge open air market in the middle of Las Ramblas. Go, buy some wine, and some incredible ham (Jamón). Add some cheese and olives and take it down to the seaside. As for dinners, if you love fish, you won’t be disappointed! Special mention to the grilled octopus. Delicious! Enjoy.

I have been a few times. Assume you’ll take the train to Sevilla and then Madrid. you owe it to yourself to stop in Toledo. Even if for a few hours. I went for 2 weeks in 2017 and plan on returning. LOVED Sevilla. Madrid is fine but it’s like visiting Manhattan. Very touristy. Learn the following... it will get you far. Los Yets son de mierda. Yes we will be taking the train to each. I love the 150MPH super trains they have. We heard that about Madrid but we wanted to be able to fly to the US in one shot. Almost all other departures forced us to stop. But not go direct to RDU after the first stop. Made the trip home very long. Plus we have a friend who lived there for two years. Gave us all the inside dope on where to go and what to do to avoid them dastardly tourists. |
