The sopne is in China teaching English as a second language. Not in any of the cities where it’s showing up, but they closed his school down. Hope he is safe. My friend's daughter did that. She was super liberal when she left. Got home and kissed the ground when she got to America. Now, due to more than what she saw in China, she worked in Academia for 10 years, she is center-right. Got the sopne home from China yesterday. He ended up having to fly from China to Thailand then to Qatar. From there to Chicago and finally to Detroit. He was screened in Chicago and passed (even though he has the flu or a cold). Went to his Dr. today and is all cleared. |

I'm supposed to teach in China in the spring. No biggie, didn't really want to go anyway.

Remember awhile ago when that Ebola scare hit and peole were debating whether we had the right to quarantine peole. Now I'm reading that we are quarantining hundreds of people and not a peep. What's changed.
Cruise ships are being quarantined around the world with their guests being confined to their rooms. China has quarantined 400 million people. That's fucking insane. I mean we know China is lying about this but how bad is it. I've never seen a worldwide reaction like this.

I don’t understand his infatuation with Asia either other than I am pretty sure he has the yellow fever! Lol They wuv him long time. lol. I have a friend who has been in Japan for over 30 years. Never married and has had a consistent young hotty to play with the entire time he has been there. She cooks, cleans and does laundry. Not to mention other "things". He said back in the late '80's he was never coming back and he hasn't, except for a visit every now and then.
