+1 Lost about 13 pounds last Fall by only eating between 10AM and 6PM, and making sure at least one meal was super healthy like a salad or veggie omelet. No other changes, still exercise maybe 2 or 3 times per week at most. I'm back at my college weight and it seems to be staying there despite reverting back to more of a 8AM - 7PM period. Oh, and how the fuck is everyone? We are looking at Valencia Spain or Croatia. We would maintain our US citizenship but also get theirs as well. Spend about 3 months in the US each year visiting friends and family but getting the fuck out full time. Esp is Joe wins somehow. |
