Happy retirement to the leathery old ballsack. A job was made for Ira and he couldn't hack it, so this ghoul stepped in and was the (often misguided) voice of the fan. Some of it was enjoyable, a lot of it wasn't. Looking forward to Evan and Carton to train wreck after a few months of incompatibility. RIHSB Really? I thought Joe was retiring next week? I get in the car after work and the fan was on and I hear Carton. I figured it was just a commercial. But it went on for 15 minutes. It was carton doing a show. And then he said they’d bring Evan on in 20 mins. The carton and Evan show.
Evan’s been neutered, eh?

We'll see. i heard the first part from when he came on until he got to the part when he started talking about how in rehab everyone else had his story. then i had to park and go into the hospital to see my sopne #2. rough week for the shakins. he had a seizure on tuesday morning. nightmare scene. out of nowhere. hoping he gets out tomorrow. was gonna start thread to feel my online anonymous friends but nah. just dump in this one |

Obviously, I've been over-yeared by young whipper-snappers. I can accept that. Possibly Beningo was great. Gonna miss his jets rants - he’s one of the good things about following the jets. Hopefully he still calls in after jets loses and can rant a lot. Seems like they will still have some short spots for him even in retirement. Which is good. Also - great story that he went from selling meat door to door to being a caller, winning a contest and then becoming a radio host. Good for him. Great career and according to everyone, a great all around guy. |

Craig Carton is an obnoxious little turd that has a Punchable face.
It was great the day they hauled his scrawny ass into prison.
Too bad it was only for a year.
Now we got to hear Craig's Nasally-voice again making stupid jokes no one laughs at while mocking(yes...MOCKING) his fellow colleagues? FUCK OFF, TURD!
Joe was never perfect but he was a True LEGIT die-hard NY Jets fan who didn't sugarcoat anything about the team.
There were no silver-linings with him, only reality.
A big loss, imo, for WFAN.
