I should mention I deal with a bar next door full of drunk wannabe bikers who think they are the hells angels and aren't. Total assholes. Im not usually 5hrre 5hat late for that reason. But I been able to silence ignore them for years because they know not to push the envelope to far but after so many years assholes get bolder and bolder and a5 some point you have to draw the line. I thought I was done drawing lines in the sand. Figured just by talking to someone people would catch on that i could easily take an eye out of your fucking head if pushed in the wrong way. As usual kindness being respectful and dead silent is still mistaken for weakness. And things like this happen. This is why Helen Keller got in so many fights. Gootz, great to see you posting. I laughed at the initial story but then you talked about your kids. I’d hate to see you rage out & lose time with them.
Next time you feel the rage, repeat their names over & over again.
Also, Hampurcon 21 needs to be scheduled. Maybe we can get the frenchie to fly over. Probably needs more clothes.

I carry a lot of rage, but I'm blessed(?) with a long fuse. Also, I developed a great verbal skillset as a white CO on Rikers. Verbal kung-fu will keep a bad situation from becoming worse. The dummies who didn't possess that skill called it 'being soft', I called it avoiding OATH hearings, command disciplines, suspensions, and doctor visits.

I carry a lot of rage, but I'm blessed(?) with a long fuse. Also, I developed a great verbal skillset as a white CO on Rikers. Verbal kung-fu will keep a bad situation from becoming worse. Very rare were the inmates that could actually throw hands properly. As for the chicks, I never really worked with them, but in my brief encounters I found most of the lesbians to be of the bulldagger variety. |
