I think the GOP should lean into the constitutional amendments. The way I understand it they need a constitutional congress which is run by state legislatures which are majority Republican now. In theory, baring shenanigans, we could get clarification stating that the 2nd CAN NOT be infringed, Senate and house term limits, etc and ignore what Biden is asking for.
