ZZ was known to have a short fuse and had something like 6 red cards for retaliation. Materazzi played it perfectly and won the WC for Italy. They were on the ropes, we had them then he lost it. Zidane was unreal. My wife is Brazilian so I was always partial to Ronaldo, but from their French side I also liked Ribery a lot, tough and clever. Or, going back, Cantona. Feel like younger players don't have that chip-on-shoulder toughness anymore. His kung fu kick on a fan was legendary |

Man the handball laws are atrocious now. PSG bailed out big time LMAO..I felt we were stiffed 2 other penalties! If this had been PSG/Real..Real would have had 3 penalties. I will also add to show I'm not blind there was a hand ball on a break away that should have been called against us. Possibly could have been red carded for last defender. The rule isn't that the hand has to be intentional. Anyways, rough game...Newastle was surprising. Played well and were perfectly set on defense. |

Turf. Wonder if he has them rip it up. Supposedly he has it in his MLS contract to only play on grass. Its why he ducked out of his MLS match vs Atlanta earlier this year (not the birthday shit).
