I didn't realize that Belgium was an African Nation. It didn't sound like they were speaking the Belgium language. How can a national team be made up of anybody that's not a citizen of that particular country instead of a paid mercenary? |

Belgium did colonize some African countries so it's not weird to have black Belgian players. They were speaking French (1 of the Belgian languages) except for Lukaku who was speaking English. But to your point yes, there are cases where guys are nowhere close to being from the country they're playing for. |
