my stuff has been coming out very well. the surface underneath (on top of?) supports can be rough - researching how to avoid it. i think playing with the printing orientation helps esp on oversize stuff Most of the time slower print speeds helps. Look into acetone baths for 3d printing for smoothing out prints too. acetone is too toxic to use indoors, yes? I bought this self-leveling resin stuff but its nasty also. up till now I've been sanding, ,but sanding plastic is The Suck. |

They have been promising printing your own organs for years. Never seems to happen though. Have to assume it would be a game changer. |

My fear is that a lot of people heat the acetone to vaporize it and it has a low flash point. |

Aside- many years ago did a job on a site that was an old acetone manufacturing facility. Site was super contaminated I was told.
