Sorry this happened, but happy with the outcome, sounds like you have a good prognosis.
I just had mine last month, my 5th starting from 30s. That and regular prostate checks are my life; sucks, but at least I'm around to get them.

thanks for all the kind words guys...I'm actually leaning away from the chemo at this point after more research. its going to be a tough call but not sure a 3 % reduction is worth it at this point.

Back when workplaces weren’t so uptight, a friend got a colonoscopy and got the pictures. He put them on another coworkers desktop background. Hilarity ensued.

Glad things turned out well. I have been getting regular colonoscopies since my 40’s because of family cancer history. Also had a resectioning done after getting diverticulitis. Another gift of genetics. 😁
32 mentioned also seeing a dermatologist. Since I’m of Irish decent & have worked outside my whole life, I had been going annually but skipped a year after my doc moved away.
Not a good decision.
Finally made an appointment & had a cancer scare. Biopsy on my face & leg. She seemed convinced that the face biopsy would show cancer. Had to do chemo cream on part my face & head. Then I had to wait for the biopsy results to come back.
While I was waiting, a good friend found out that he had melanoma on his leg & had Mohs surgery on his face to remove some cancer. A good 3” slice into his nose & cheek.
That made waiting for my biopsy suck worse. Fortunately, to my dermatologist’s surprise, the biopsy came back negative.
So go see a dermatologist regularly too.
