Yesterday might have been the worst ever. He has gone from careless to scared.

What the fuck am i doing? I just realized that i became a Jets fan 51 years ago today, when Namath and Unitas had that shootout game in 1972. 51 years of pain. Sorrow. That's alot of years. I must really love the suffering. FML. Agree on all counts. For me it was December 11, 1966. Jets at Chargers. I was flipping the channel and stumbled upon this game. The NY QB was wearing white cleats! That was so cool! If only I had known. Curse you Joe Namath!!!!!

I'm done giving Wilson the benefit of the doubt, either he doesn't get it, is scared or both. Plenty of chances as evidenced from the clips posted and either he misses the read, throws incomplete or checks it down when he should go for it. Just a weak, uninspired performance. The old "I've got to get better" on Monday morning doesn't cut it anymore. His teammates see it, the fans see it the coaches continue to cover up for him. If I owned the Jets, I'd tell Salah and Douglas if I see Wilson on the field again this season, they're fired. The Chiefs game is going to be ugly and 1 - 5, before the bye is looming. Just another lost season where if something isn't done, a once cohesive the locker room will dissolve into a hot mess.

I'll add one more thing, at this point I don't even thing the presence of Rodgers on the sideline or at practice will make any difference as far as better play or winning a game or two.

That happened because he looked there the entire time. Gonzalez (who looks like a really good player) is spying Zach the whole time, so he never really worries about GW cooking him like he does.

Agree on Gonzalez and your comment to an extent. At the end of his drop it's there (with some anticipation I'll give you that), then Gonzalez spies Wilson. In any case: he's your best player, going 1 on 1, give it a look. In doubt, throw it up to him 99% of the time he'll get it for you. I dunno, I've never played the game, but it's no use having great weapons if you're not relying on them as a young QB. Trust Wilson (the good one). Even if he's not open, he's open.

Agree. But Zach really never seems to scan or see the other side of the field. He makes it too easy on defenses. He seems less comfortable throwing to the left side and yesterday had some miserable tosses to that side.

G Wilson was the player who tipped the ball to Cobb at the end of the game to almost snatch victory from the jaws of defeat. Tell me this kid isn't playing his heart out for the Jets.
