i ate so much yesterday my gut literally hurt
buffet style can get out of hand right quick

Made a 10lb rack of prime rib because turkey is gay. Lads, if you ordered prime rib at Peter Luger's, it would have sucked compared to what I produced. Froze the leftovers for another time. I am a God.

I smoked a turkey one year ago, had a bluetooth meat thermometer watching it the entire time. It was fucking great and moist.

You recall how many pounds? About 12? 14 lbs. cooking at around 225-250 F had 3 meat therms stuck in, all blueteeth tide to app on my phone. alarm set at 160F. easy peasy but not cheesy

In oven (wifne won't eat anything cooked on charcoal) 250° until it got to about 110° internal. Took it out and let it rest for 1/2 hour, cranked oven to 500° and kept it in for about ten minutes, pulled it, let it rest for another 1/2 hour before slicing. It was perfect. Except for the $394 price tag. Kept the bones, made a stock and then made the best beef barley soup I've ever had.
