I am on Canal drive, about a 3 minute walk to the Marriott. Im here now. We go once a month from Wed to Sunday. It’s a bit red neckish but I like it here. You guys should meet up and cross swords... It is the beach where Blackbeard was buried up to his neck at low tide… and when tide came in, well, you know.

i finally get home and wifne has the house at 56. literally. "shakin why you so grumpy? dint you miss me?" Yeah. A few years ago, wifne was going through "the change". She was always hot and always turning the air down. I never complained, just simply put a sweatshirt or vest on. Then she would complain about me embarrassing her by putting a sweatshirt on and get pissed. At me. Now, she's got every thermostat on 70 and I walk around secretely lowering it because it the baseboard in some rooms is too much and 70 on the thermostat means 75 in some rooms. I would strip down to my underwear but..you know. Fun times.

tech startup with only like 18 months of runway left from the first funding round, i guess he was keeping the belt tight

My wifne and kids will blast theirs at 75+ whereas I keep mine at a comfortable 68 and I'll still feel the heat from shotgun and the back seats. Happy to have cooled seats, though.

Steak is as good as any. El Cazar Mexican, also very good. There’s an Irish bar called Hop Lite as good as most in NY. Not sure why, but CB has above average restaurants.

Fun times. i'll wear a hat and a sweatshirt when she cranks it down. lay under blankets while parked on the couch, who cares i usually don't give a fuck but after "dressing for north carolina" and getting kicked in the nards by mother nature, i wanted some semblance of a civilized modern home

They now have me in trial of quarterly treatments to try to keep it from returning, again. Last scans, CT and PET, in Dec where clean. So, so far so good. Stage 4 Melanoma always comes back.
