We all have dark times. nope. if you ain't getting 8 hours of good night sleep at this age, you're aging your body a lot faster. and the room needs to be pitch black, even the slightest light interferes with your body's circadian rhythm and melatonin secretion. if you can't make it pitch black put on a sleep mask. duh |
