The Jets get DJ back, but the safety position is in disarray. The addition of Reddick is a plus, but it's a wait and see if he lives up to expectations and frees up the William's brothers and McDonald to get after Drake Maye. Second week for Davonte Adams, and Wilson should be helped by Adam's warrior mentality. Mike Williams should be playing with a chip on his shoulder. Breece Hall and Braelon Allen should be in some schemes where they are on the field together. CJ Mosley is back as well as Morgan Moses, but the O line is the key for Rodgers and the game. Give Rodgers time and the Jets win hands down. Jets 21 Cheaters 17.

Reddick commits brutal roughing the passer penalty late in the 4th quarter that costs the game. Same play he rolls up on the back of Quinnen's knee ending his season.
...but the good news is that there's now some urgency in the locker room and they're getting real close (to something)....even tho they all understand this is not good enough...or some such bullshit.

Jets 27 Patriots 17 They better win big and then they really need to beat Houston 4 days later on Thursday night. They really fucked themselves with the last 4 losses in a row. Even 3-4 is a lot better than 2-5, which is almost a death sentence. Realistically, they can probably only afford to loose 1 more game for the rest of the season to make the playoffs at 11-6. Anything else (like 10-7) and the tie breakers probably don’t go their way. Also realistically, the chances of them going 9-1 or 8-2 the rest of the way is highly unlikely. But, the journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. Jets 45, Pats 13. |

I still think it's a coin flip at 10-7 but they def need this one and Thursday is the game of the year (at this point). |

Apparently, The Pats coach called his team soft. So either they will respond and beat our asses like 34-14pats or they’ll beat us in a close game because we suck. I am going to go with 21–17 Pats.
