What kind of dumbass driver does not see that plane falling in direct view, and not so much as slow down, and lets the damn wing hit the roof.

Not sure he saw it and if he did, he might have thought it was going to go over him until the wing swung at him. Even the car filming didn't slow down. If that plane had nosed dived into the road, the filming car would have plowed into it. The amazing thing is that the car behind the one filming, was also filming.
