I got one implant and one crown. The implant was b.c I was born without an adult tooth. The crown was a root canal that needed to be done on a tooth with an old filling that somehow failed. Depends on where you live but implants can run like $3k. That was the cost of the surgeon. |

I had cavities filled and my friggin' teeth must make the Osmonds look small because they yanked a bunch when I was a teen. 1 have 24 teeth and they completely fill my mouth.
I had the worst orthodontist as a kid. Seriously, he was a fuckin' moron. I had them on my bottom teeth for quite a while and then he put them on the top teeth.
But I was sick of them and came home from school one day and grabbed some tools and took them off myself. Cut the shit out of the inside of my mouth.
Took my mother about a day to realize and she dragged me back in and I got them all back on.
One day later, they were all off again.
My dentist now is great and says I have great teeth.

I've spent over 10K on gum grafting over the last two years. My teeth are fine but my parents apparently shorted me on gum tissue, so even minor recession leads to a major procedure. Yuck -- do not recommend.
