Corner, outside linebacker, free safety

The Jets have spent enough first round capital on cornerbacks and safeties. A outside linebacker that can cover a tight end, wide receiver, and a center guard combo for versatility

well spending money doesn't necessarily mean that the issue is resolved - we can't go into next season with what we have currently.

Recent history is that the Jets do not know how to scout defensive backs, Rex's biggest flaw talking up Wilson and Twiddle Dee and Richard Pryor. (Rex)" I know defensive backs " guys off the street are playing better than these top draft choices, this is the biggest reason why Rex will get fired.

Many needs, I'll say RB, not 3 that can do 1 thing 1 that does 3 things.

Like many have said, OL. The two best players aren't getting any younger. At this point, go best project OT and let him get his feet wet at RT while Brick is still around. Then a solid OG/C in the late second/early third.

Anyone besides me read the thread title as "Outside of OB/GYN, what is the biggest need of the NY Jets?".

Cb - If they signed Revis, they likely would have won 8 games....
Not that that was the right move for this team, just saying...

The OL definitely needs an upgrade at the guard position.

Far and away FQB above all else ... then OL and CB.
If we can't get Mariota (without selling out the rest of our picks) I say go LT and let him move inside for a year till he can take over for Brick.
I think the other defensive positions, particularly LB and DE will depend on the next coaches scheme. If we switch back to a 4-3 there will be a lot of transition at LB. Not sure whether Davis can thrive at MLB and Harris at OLB in a 4-3. We'd need a speed rusher at DE big time too. This is a concern but far below finding our FQB.

OL, CB and LB.
If don't have a shot at Cooper or one of the QBs, we should definitely go tackle. Breno has been a disappointment, but could serve well as a back up.
BTW we should use one of late round picks (6th or 7th) on a punter. Too bad that kid from Alabama is only a freshman. He could out kick Conley easily.
