on this day in 1939 former NY Jets DE DT Bert Wilder was born in Greensboro, NC.
Bert played for the Jets from 1964-1967.
He played college ball at NC State.
He was drafted by the NY Titans in the 14th round of the 1962 draft., as well as the LA Rams of the NFL IN 1962
