Not scoring goals just like the rest of the team That's not good if they are not being made they have to be stopped, especially the ones that are not hit right at you and sometimes you have to take matters into your own hands. |

Good series so far. Looking like a 7 gamer. The Hawks need a win tonight if this is going to be a long series. It has taken a while, but I have finally become a believer in the Lightning. I expected them to get beat by the Canadiens in Round 2. Thought they had little to no chance to beat the Rangers in the Conference Finals, but after the way they played in the last two 3rd periods against the Blackhawks, I have become a believer (which means they probably lose 6-1 tonight). This Lightning team is way better than I realized. Still hoping the Blackhawks can get it done (the only local team that I actually like), but this Lightning team is fast, deep and talented and they play well in thier own end when they have to. And Victor Hedman is among the best defensemen in the league. |

while i probably wouldn't shed a tear if the entire state of florida suddenly broke off and capsized, i would like to see the lightning win the cup as payment for a job well done eliminating the rangers

Wow, what an ending. I am not sure how the Blackhawks survived those last two minutes without giving up the equalizer. We have got ourselves a series now. Great game. Lightning had 4 bad beats there in end, no idea how they didn't net it there in the final minutes. Divine intervention |

Yup. I was watching the game last night with the wife. During the game I checked stubhub, and tix are starting at $1,200 per game for Game 6 at the United Ctr. Wife tells me that I should buy 2 tix, because if the Hawks win, I will be able to flip them quickly and make some easy money. They are now listed starting at ~$2,000 a ticket for nosebleeds. I have already heard a couple of "I told you so's" this morning |
