Mariota is goin #1 to the highest bidder, the Raiders will trade out of that spot and then it's up it us Tennessee and Tampa to come up with the goods. Even if that's the case and we do trade into that spot. It only helps our trade value having the 3rd or 4th pick instead of the 6th, 7th, or 8th. Especially if the Raiders have their eye on someone else like Coooper which is a very real possibility. I think you are misconstruing what I'm saying, I agree that winning out the last quarter of the year and picking 6,7,8 is obviously detrimental. We all know in reality the Jets could win 1 maybe 2 games so it's more than likely they pick 3, 4, 5, I still think for Mariota you are giving up the house to get him. In a nutshell all I'm saying is that 1 maybe 2 wins going forward doesn't blow our draft strategy out of the water, it's not the end of the world if we pick up another 2 wins which is a distinct possibility.

We'll see how the draft plays out. You may be right. I just don't see how winning anymore games could help this team going forward. If anything, it hurts, so i'll continue to want us to lose for the rest of this season. I think that's where a lot of people are coming from.

If the Jets win 2 more games they could be picking as low as 10th. That's how crazy this season has been. A 4-12 team could be picking 9th or 10th in the draft.

If we're picking that low, then I'm taking either Parker or Scherff. But knowing the Jets, they'd probably take the smurf corner from Oregon with the goofy name.

In that case it's detrimental, only us could win 2 or 4 games and pick 5th or 10th. that Titans game is going to be huge.

There are 8 teams with 4 or fewer wins. Carolina is one of them, but they have a tie, so they would be 8.

25-26 pages here on ragu's site 15 on JI LO L Am I crazy? I couldn't find ANY game day thread on JI/Scout. I checked and double checked. Maybe my computer is stuck back in time or something. I saw a "pregame" thread but that was only 2 pages long. That said, I'm convinced that Ragu has done us a solid by putting up this board and this is the place to be.

It's because that shithole is a barren wasteland. Not only did 99% of the posters from JI decide not to transfer over, but most of the initial, longtime posters and mods at Scout left as soon as the merge was announced back in September. What an epic fail. The corporate dicks at Scout can't be pleased.

I'm convinced that douchebag could be the last poster over there and he would still just carry on conversations with his self all day.
