I live in Naperville illinois a suburb of Chicago about 20 miles out, and the town is very diverse especially bolingbrook and aurora the neighboring towns. You know why crime is less here in the burbs one reason. Guns everyone has one in chicagoland what the burbs are called almost all the stores parks whatever have the gun in the circle on the front window because everyone is packing this is not cook county chicago where getting a handgun legally is just as hard as NYc. But bolingbrook has now turned into a much worse town in the last ten years because of the mass movement of cook county to public housing in that area. Naperville not so much everyone here works hard and it shows even the kids with the ghetto fabulous dress talk and walk are very respectful and you can tell it comes from their parents. It starts at home. In this town if you are up to ghetto shit the cops will be on your ass in literally 5 seconds and ive seen it with my own eyes. They even have a law called cruising if you're just driving around more then twice in the same area without stopping you're getting pulled over black or white . White people can not fix black peoples problems. They have to learn to do that for themselves step one would be stop offing eachother in record numbers. Step 2 would be make your kids better then you even if it means 2 jobs like i see half the white people and black spanish people as well here taking off suits at night and delivering pizza just to be able to afford to live here and send their kids to school here. Great school system.

There is very little family members can do in situations like this. Unfortunately. The last mass shooting before this one, I guess it was the one in the theater where they were showing Trainwreck? Or some other one, it doesn't matter (*there's so many) the family said they knew he had problems and they tried to get him help. You can't force someone to do something they don't want. They have legal rights even if they're crazy. And the mental health care situation in this country is completely screwed up. Donald Trump said this guy should have been institutionalized? Yeah right good luck with that. Most of the time we don't find out how off their rockers these people are until they've gone and done something like this. Before that people just want to ignore the problem. And since we got rid of mental insitutions and house crazy people in prison now instead, where exactly was he supposed to be "institutionalize"?
