this will go on for years...Gaydy will be retired by the time this all plays out..lol... This is accurate. Experts are saying it could drag on 3 years. Can you suspend a retired plater? Nope but you can forbid them from the Hall of Fame and certainly take away stolen trophies.

The NFL cant actually forbid anyone from the HoF...they are a separate entity. Murdering Ray Lewis will waltz right in.

At least Brady is just a cunty cheater.

"The statement, penned by NFL attorney Daniel Nash, highlights three key arguments: 1. Whether Berman used the wrong federal law — the Federal Arbitration Act — to overturn the decision "rather than relying on the governing legal standard prescribed by the Labor Management Relations Act." 2. Whether Berman misinterpreted the NFL's collective bargaining agreement and "erred in his analysis of prior arbitration precedent, and findings of fact." 3. Whether Berman should have challenged Goodell's decision on certain findings based on the "court's disagreement with two of the arbitrator's discretionary evidentiary rulings, which were based on the arbitrator's interpretation of the CBA." www.sportingnews.com/nfl/story/2015-09-17/deflategate-whats-next-appeal-challenge-ruling-tom-brady-roger-goodell-patriotsI felt the judge exceeded his authority on this and looked at the facts rather than just the law, reformed the CBA which is contrary to contract law etc. in addition to the above. i agree with the nfl on this. the nfl is a franchise and operates under different rules than ordinary people. what berman did was essentially say that goodell has no right to mete out punishment to players for rules infractions, especially those not explicitly covered by the player's agreement. i'm not quite sure why the nfl chose to keep their evidence secret although it's quite possible they didn't have to give it to brady in the first first place. the bottom line is brady cheated and the patsies cheated.

i don't know...but they should at least try...3 more years of Brady in the court room...he's bound to crack...Giselle won't stand for it... Nah. It's all paid for by the NFLPA and Tommy won't have to actually go to court. As usual the big winners will be the lawyers. don't they always. the appeal will certainly address tommy's shelf life as a player. i wouldn't be surprised if it were fast tracked.
