It's amazing how many young, dominant arms the Mets have right now. Don't ever remember that happening before, been a fan since the early 80s. Anyone else remember a staff like this,all young power arms that ALL have had success in the majors? Fuck, I'm happy the Yanks even have Severino, who looks like the real deal. Mets are gonna be good for a while it looks like, damn it. The only one I remember is the 2002 Oakland A's with Hudson (26), Mulder (24) and Zito (24). Right, and the Mets group looks to be even more dominant. You guys have to be beyond excited when thinking of the long term possibilities. I always toot against the mets unless they're playing Boston but i do really enjoy watching all these guys pitch. |
