I turned the TV on mute last night and listened to WOR on the MLB app. Even with a bit of a delay it made the experience worlds and worlds better (as much as it could be...)

Hey Met fans..just heard a caller on the FAN suggest that Fireman Ed show up tonight with a Met colored fire-helmet and do the M-E-T-S cheer from the top of the Met dugout. At first I was like this  Now...I'm like this...  If you can discard any Fireman Ed baggage you may have accumulated over the years, how awesome would that chant sound in a packed citi-field in front of a National audience? I dunno.  |
