No issues with leaving Harvey in. They had already gotten to Familia in the series and Harvey is supposed to be your ace. It was his game. You ride your ace.

Have to build the Mets like this. Contact hitters who put balls in play rather than swing out of their shoes and either strikeout or homer. Mets need to strengthen the pen, get rid of the free swingers, get rid of the defensive liabilities, find some put the ball in play contact hitters. |

You got good young pitching then you should cater the ballpark to that. The Mets are a good baseball team. The difference between good teams and great teams or championship teams is the bullpen. Gotta be willing to sink $30 million in the pen if need be. Are the Wilpons willing? The team proved it can win, the fans came back to the park. Time to invest. |
