The Falcons (5-0) needed OT to beat the Redskins. So do these high Jets scores mean, the (5-0) Falcons are bad despite their record, or they're good but the Jets are so much better than them because the Jets will beat them so easily? The Falcons are good but have played weak or depleted opponents. WAS was the first one (aside from DAL) with a good defense, but Cousins is arguably better than Weeden. This game will be a stalemate for a bit due to WAS's defense and our yeoman-like offense, but once our defensive flood gates open on Cousins, watch out...we'll score at least a TD. I say 24-17 Jets. I do not see how the skins get anything working on the ground and we will suffocate their wr's. I expect to see a very good game from decker, expect to eat well d-line.

I smell trap/looking ahead to pats game. This one is going to be a stinker. Jets will need a quarter just to chip the rust off the bye week. Washington played well last week. Out of conference game. All these things combined smell like a huge pile of shit for the Jets.
